Mistress Zariah has had a number of requests for chastity play and has decided that a Key Holder service is in order. For
those of you who are confused about chastity, it is the prevention of sexual intercourse and masturbation. This is enforced
by the use of a chastity device. I highly recommend the CB 2000 (see links below for devices).
The CB 2000 is a device that covers the penis and attaches by looping around the scrotum. I suggests you purchase the device
and practice wearing it with the temporary bands provided or small zip ties prior to final lock up. This will hopefully prevent
any annoying or painful accidents. Once the contract is signed, the key will not be returned without immediate medical need.
Initial Consultation Fee
To eliminate time wasters, Mistress Zariah requires a $50 Initial Consultation Fee before she will enter into any discussion
with potential chastity slaves. The fee covers contract negotiation and lock purchase, which generally involves a few emails
and up to two telephone calls. More extensive discussions may incur a higher fee.

User obligations
The User of the chastity device is under the following obligations:
There is a 1 month,3,6,9 and 12 month contract, fees vary under time limits. This is 500 per month for phone and cam and keyholdong
services
The User must wear the device at all times as directed in the contract.
The User must not attempt to remove the device without the Key Holder’s permission. This can lead to injury and will
be seen as a direct violation of the contract.
The User is prohibited from masturbation and sexual intercourse without the Key Holder’s permission.
The User must immediately disclose health or hygiene concerns to the Key Holder.
The User is responsible for proper care and cleaning of the chastity device.
Key Holder obligations
The Key Holder is under the following obligations:
The key to the chastity device will always be under the supervision of the Key Holder.
The Key Holder will listen to the User’s health concerns and will allow release when it is mandated by a medical emergency.
The Key Holder will supervise chastity play as determined by the contract.
The Key Holder will never disclose any private, personal, or sexual information about the User.
Recommendations
I recommend the following for the User’s health, safety, and security:
Choose a chastity device based not on what you think is most severe or most attractive, but on what can be worn for the longest
period of time without injury. Lady Lydia recommends devices that are transparent in order for the User to be able to spot
potential sores and see how to clean the body and the device.
Close inspections need to be made of the penis and scrotum to ensure comfort and to check for sores. Clean the device and
genitals thoroughly and daily with anti-bacterial soap and let them dry completely before getting dressed.
Use the hose method of inserting the penis into the device. Simply buy a pair of women’s pantyhose and cut a leg off.
Thread the hose leg through the device and slip the open end around the soft penis. (This can also be accomplished with Saran
wrap.) Insert the penis into the tube and lock the device in place. Once secure, gently slide the hose off the penis. NEVER
use a lubricant to help insert the penis into the device. Dry skin is Healthy skin.

Female devices will be removed during menstruation.
Any sores or prolonged irritation will require the removal of the device and chastity play will cease until the area is completely
healed.

Conditions:
This Agreement sets conditions under which a person wears a Chastity Device, the key for which is held by Mistress Zariah.
Definitions:
Key Holder: The person who controls all copies of the key to a User’s chastity device; namely, Mistress Zariah and her
associate.
User: The person who consents to submit to a period of time of controlled chastity and the person who wears a chastity device.
Chastity Device: CB 2000, CB 3000, or other locking device to be worn by the User and referred to as “CD” for
the remainder of this contract.
Purpose:
The User is to wear a CD:
To provide quality versus quantity to the sexual experience;
To inhibit or terminate masturbation by User;
To artfully cause and inflame User’s sexual desperation;
To be an aid to User preventing uncontrolled sexual intercourse;
To affirm mutual couple commitment, togetherness and quality of life;
To modify behavior or habits considered inappropriate or unacceptable by the Key Holder.
Duration of the contract:
The User will wear the chastity device from_____________________ for a minimum of___________ days.
Termination of the contract:
The contract will not be terminated except in the following circumstances:
The agreed period of confinement has expired and the User has discharged all obligations, including payment of all fees due
to the Key Holder;
Death or serious illness of the Key Holder or User;
An emergency as described in paragraph 6.
Emergency:
A physical danger the Key Holder considers a dire situation that needs intervention. Mere User sexual desperation is not an
emergency. Unconditional sexual control is by definition totally under the control of the Key Holder. User may warn Key Holder
of either a potential or an existing emergency for guidance. The Key Holder always wants the User to maintain his or her physical
safety and will allow release for medical needs to be met in a timely manner.
Rules:
The User and the Key Holder will adhere to the following for the duration of the contract:
The User will purchase a chastity device that can be locked. The User will inform the Key Holder who will then send the appropriate
lock.
The User must be in possession of a digital or web camera, to prove the CD has not been tampered with or removed between contacts.
Payment for Key Holder services in a timely fashion, by personal check, money order, or PayPal. Late payments may result in
additional chastity confinement or monetary penalty.
The Key Holder will never hurt or knowingly injure the User and is obligated to do all within the Key Holder’s power
to maintain the health and well being of the User. User is to immediately report any medical condition or problem.
The User always has permission to ask a question but should never demand or expect an answer. The Key Holder should normally
give a reason for withholding the answer but may simply say “UNACCEPTABLE”, and that will end the discussion for
the moment. The User may repeat the question in 48 hours as an indication that the answer is important to proper service.
Be aware that this request is considered part of the User’s approved email contact. Do not waste contacts with Me with
superfluous and inappropriate questions. Abuse of this privilege may result in additional days of confinement, additional
penalty fees or both.
Within two weeks of the contract starting, the User will provide a written statement setting out the expectations of chastity.
Any extended time in the CD, voluntary or penalty, will result in additional charges at the regular weekly rate.
Other rules as agreed upon by both User and Key Holder. These can range from further restrictions, tease and denial exercises,
merciless assignments to test the User’s chastity limits and more.
Key Holder Fees:
Initial Consultation: $50
For contract initiation and lock purchase. The Key Holder will determine the amount of time necessary for this process. Generally
this takes a few emails and up to 2 phone conversations. Extended negotiations may lead to an additional fee.
Real time visits are available at My private dungeon or at the regular hourly rate of $200 per hour.
Free will:
Both _______________________ as the User, and Mistress Zariah as the Key Holder agreed on all the above each with own free
will. The User and Key Holder will each keep a duplicated document signed by both.
